This photo archive documents Alice Richardson's destructive abuse of my home at 1668 Trumansburg Rd. (Ithaca, NY) as a storage facility after my institutionalization in April 2003, continuing after my release in November 2007, despite her repeated promises to clear her property from my home. Please note that although Ms. Richardson had agreed to pay $50 each month for storage out in the barn starting sometime in 1999, she has in fact never paid the rent due for this privilege, and she never had my permission to fill my home with her possessions.
The first set of photographs was taken by my mother in February 1997 to document the state of Susan Hamann's possessions in my home.
Likewise, the second set of photographs was taken by my mother in April 2003 to document the state of Susan Hamann's possessions in my home at that time.
I took a third set of photographs in May 2010 to provide documentation for legal action to evict Alice Richardson from my home, where she was no longer in residence, and legally remove Alice Richardsons' mixed junk, trash, garbage, and valuables from my home.
I took the final set of photos in starting in early October 2011... after succeeding in an appeal to Social Security for back payments due and at last receiving the second payment in September 2011, I had money available which was sufficient to cover some of the expenses involved in clearing out the garbage and paying dump fees, and removing Alice Richardson's possessions to the unheated portions of my barns. These photos also document the bizarre disarray in which she piled her possessions in various spaces on the property, the damage done to my home by her careless placement of vegetables (left to rot) on the hardwood flooring, and my repairs to the house necessitated by her failure to maintain it properly while I was institutionalized... repairs which had been made impossible by the obscene proliferation of her junk on the premises.
Please note that over the years she repeatedly put off allowing me to move any of her property
by asserting with great intensity that it was organized in such a way as to be ready to move,
that she would soon be obtaining third party services to help her move it,
and that if I moved it myself it would disrupt this "organization".
